ASTOA (Atteridgeville Saulsville Taxi Owners Association) is a proudly South African commuter transport organisation serving Atteridgeville, Saulsville, and surrounding communities with safe, reliable, and affordable minibus taxi services.
ASTOA has been a cornerstone of public transport in the Atteridgeville and Saulsville communities for over two decades. We operate under the National Land Transport Act and are fully registered with the South African National Taxi Council (SANTACO).
Our association represents owner-operators and drivers who are committed to providing safe, lawful, and punctual transport services. We work closely with the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality and provincial transport authorities to serve our communities.
Assistance with operating licence applications, route permits, and renewals through the RTMC and provincial regulators.
Legal support, dispute resolution, and representation for registered owner-operators and drivers.
Guidance on COF renewals, vehicle inspections, and maintaining fleet compliance with national standards.
